1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different doses of LP-003 injection in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic asthma; 2. To evaluate the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity of LP-003 injection in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic asthma; 3. To explore the exposure-effect relationship of LP-003 injection in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic asthma.

Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of LP-005 injection in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria. Secondary objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of LP-005 injection in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria; To evaluate the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity of LP-005 injection in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.
