Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic BCG in adjuvant therapy after TURBt in patients with intermediate- and high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of therapeutic BCG in adjuvant therapy after TURBt in patients with intermediate- and high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.

1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of pure protein derivatives of tuberculin in healthy subjects and subjects with tuberculosis; 2) To evaluate the allergic reactivity and safety of pure protein derivatives of tuberculin in healthy subjects and subjects with tuberculosis compared with similar drugs.
