Primary Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetics of a single oral dose of the test formulation (Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets, 30 mg, manufactured by Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation (Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets, trade name: Hexinshuang®, 30 mg, certified by Tianjin Tanabe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and provided by Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) in healthy adult participants under fasting and postprandial conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two formulations. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the safety of a single oral dose of the test formulation (T) Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets and the reference formulation (R) Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets (Hexinshuang®) in healthy participants under fasting and postprandial conditions.
