To evaluate the effect of Shanggan Qingre Oral Liquid in improving symptoms, shortening the course of disease, and improving TCM syndromes in the treatment of common cold (wind-heat syndrome), and to provide a basis for Phase III clinical trials. (2) To observe the safety of Shanggan Qingre Oral Liquid in clinical application.

(1) To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of Shanggan Qingre Oral Liquid in shortening the course of the common cold (wind-heat syndrome), improving the condition/symptoms, and improving TCM syndromes, and to explore the optimal dose. (2) To observe the safety of Shanggan Qingre Oral Liquid in clinical application.

To further objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shunqi Tongxie Granules in the treatment of diarrhea type (liver and spleen disharmony syndrome) of irritable bowel syndrome.
