This study aimed to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose of dotenoradine tablets (2 mg) developed and manufactured by Sichuan Guowei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; dotenoradine tablets (Ulexi®, 2 mg) manufactured by FUJI YAKUHIN CO., LTD. Toyama Plant and licensed by FUJI YAKUHIN CO., LTD. were used as the reference formulation. The pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-∞ of the two formulations were compared to evaluate their bioequivalence in humans.

Moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets (0.4g) produced by Sichuan Guowei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test formulation, and moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets (0.4g, trade name: Bayer Healthcare Co., Ltd.) were used as the reference formulation. The pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-∞ of the two formulations were compared to evaluate their bioequivalence in humans.

This study aimed to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets (5 mg) developed and produced by Sichuan Guowei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. after single oral administration on an empty stomach or after a meal. Using ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets (Yili'an®, 5 mg) licensed and produced by Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory under the Livzon Group as the reference preparation, the pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-∞ of the two preparations were compared to evaluate their bioequivalence in humans.
