To evaluate the efficacy of QY201 tablets in treating adult patients with moderate to severe nodular prurigo and to provide a basis for dose selection in confirmatory phase III clinical trials. To evaluate the safety of QY201 tablets in treating adult patients with moderate to severe PN. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of QY201 tablets and its metabolites (if applicable) in adult patients with moderate to severe PN.

To evaluate the efficacy of QY201 tablets in the treatment of adult subjects with non-segmental vitiligo and provide a basis for dose selection in the confirmatory Phase III clinical study; to evaluate the safety of QY201 tablets in the treatment of adult subjects with non-segmental vitiligo; to evaluate the population pharmacokinetic (PopPK) characteristics of QY201 tablets in adult subjects with non-segmental vitiligo; and to evaluate the pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of QY201 tablets in adult subjects with non-segmental vitiligo.

The primary objective is to evaluate the population pharmacokinetic characteristics of QY201 tablets in adolescent subjects with moderate to severe AD. The secondary objective is to evaluate the safety of QY201 tablets in the treatment of adolescent subjects with moderate to severe AD, and to evaluate the effectiveness of QY201 tablets in the treatment of adolescent subjects with moderate to severe AD.
