Primary study objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of a single inhalation of 1 mg fluticasone propionate suspension for nebulized inhalation and 1 mg reference reagent in healthy Chinese subjects under fasting conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary study objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single inhalation of 1 mg fluticasone propionate suspension for nebulized inhalation and 1 mg reference reagent in healthy Chinese subjects under fasting conditions.

Primary study objectives To evaluate the safety and efficacy of EDP125 in the treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Chinese children and adolescents. Secondary study objectives 1) To determine the pharmacokinetic characteristics and variability of EDP125 and to evaluate the possible effects of patient factors on pharmacokinetics. 2) To evaluate the relationship between EDP125 plasma concentration, pharmacodynamic biomarker DHPG plasma concentration and efficacy.
