To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of phentolamine mesylate injection in reversing local anesthetics in conventional dental procedures.

After receiving three doses of local anesthetics in three cycles, three doses of phentolamine mesylate injection were injected to study its pharmacokinetic characteristics in healthy Chinese people and preliminarily investigate its efficacy, aiming to provide a reference for the design of subsequent clinical trial programs and provide a basis for registration and approval.

The subjects were given a single oral dose of lenalidomide capsules produced by Chongqing Laimi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and imported lenalidomide capsules (Revlimid) to study the relative bioavailability of the two preparations in humans and evaluate the bioequivalence between the preparations, in order to examine the drug quality of the test preparations and provide a basis for clinical use.
