Primary objective: To evaluate the bioequivalence of the test formulation of vonoprazan fumarate tablets (20 mg, Shandong Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation (20 mg, trade name: Walker®, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited) in Chinese healthy subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics and safety of vonoprazan after a single oral administration of the test formulation of vonoprazan fumarate tablets and the reference formulation in Chinese healthy subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state.

To evaluate the bioequivalence of a single oral dose of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets (20 mg, Shandong Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) to a reference formulation (Pariet®, 20 mg, licensed by Eisai Co., Ltd.) in healthy Chinese volunteers in the fed state.

To evaluate the bioequivalence of the test formulation of valacyclovir hydrochloride tablets (0.5 g, Shandong Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation (0.5 g, Valtrex®, The Wellcome Foundation Limited) after a single oral administration in healthy Chinese subjects in the fasting or fed state, and to evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics and safety of valacyclovir and its metabolite acyclovir.
