Primary objective: To study the pharmacokinetic behavior of the test preparation roxithromycin capsules (specification: 0.15 g; license holder and manufacturer: Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Factory) and the reference preparation roxithromycin tablets (trade name: Rulide®; specification: 150 mg; license holder: SANOFI AVENTISFRANCE; manufacturer: Opella Healthcare International SAS) in healthy Chinese subjects after a single oral administration under fasting conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations after oral administration under fasting conditions. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of the two preparations after a single oral administration under fasting conditions in healthy Chinese subjects.

Primary objective: To evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation under fasting conditions, using Sorafenib Tosylate Tablets (Specification: 0.2g) produced by Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. as the test preparation and Sorafenib Tosylate Tablets (Trade name: Nexavar®; Specification: 0.2g) certified by the original research unit Bayer AG as the reference preparation. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.
