Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of seraceptinib by evaluating the rwORR in Chinese patients with advanced or metastatic RET gene fusion-positive thyroid cancer. Secondary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of seraceptinib by evaluating the rwPFS, rwDoR and rwDCR in Chinese patients with advanced or metastatic RET gene fusion-positive thyroid cancer. Exploratory objective: To describe the safety profile of seraceptinib. To investigate the treatment pattern of seraceptinib in real-world diagnosis and treatment routine

To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of mirikizumab in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC)
