Mild Atopic Dermatitis

Primary objective: ? To evaluate the efficacy of roflumilast cream in subjects with mild to moderate AD. Secondary objectives: ? To evaluate other efficacy indicators of roflumilast cream in subjects with mild to moderate AD; ? To evaluate the safety of roflumilast cream in subjects with mild to moderate AD; ? To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of roflumilast cream in subjects with mild to moderate AD.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CU-10101 ointment in single and multiple topical skin applications in healthy adult participants and in adult participants with atopic dermatitis. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of CU-10101 ointment in single and multiple topical skin applications in healthy adult participants and in adult participants with atopic dermatitis. Exploratory objective: To explore the effectiveness of CU-10101 ointment in multiple topical skin applications in the treatment of adult participants with atopic dermatitis.

A single-center, randomized, open, two-period crossover, two-drug, two-sequence, single-dose design was used to compare the differences in absorption extent and rate between crisaborole ointment (specification: 2%) provided by Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and crisaborole ointment (trade name: Staquis®/Staquis®, specification: 2%) licensed by Anacor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in healthy Chinese people under fasting conditions, and to evaluate the safety of crisaborole ointment (specification: 2%) provided by Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
