The aim of this trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a dust mite allergen sublingual tablet compared with placebo in the treatment of HDM AR/C in Chinese adults and adolescents (12-65 years old) based on a series of endpoints.

Primary study objective: To compare the efficacy of rimegepant versus placebo for the preventive treatment of migraine by evaluating the mean reduction in monthly migraine days during the entire double-blind treatment period compared to the observation period.

Primary objective: To confirm the efficacy of dust mite allergen sublingual tablets compared with placebo for the treatment of nasal symptoms of dust mite allergic rhinitis as measured during the EEC at Week 24. Key secondary objectives: To confirm the efficacy of dust mite allergen sublingual tablets compared with placebo for the treatment of dust mite allergic rhinitis with or without conjunctivitis as measured during the EEC at Week 24. Safety objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of dust mite allergen sublingual tablets compared with placebo during the 24-week treatment period.
