主要目的：评价补肾和脉颗粒治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的有效性和安全性。次要目的：对补肾和脉颗粒治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的给药剂量、疗程进行探索，以确定后续III期研究的给药剂量。探索性目的：初步探索老年单纯收缩期高血压患者服用补肾和脉颗粒后血清中的一氧化氮(NO)浓度、内皮素(ET)浓度、一氧化氮/内皮素比值(NO/ET)、尿微量白蛋白浓度的变化。

Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bushen Hemai granules in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly. Secondary objective: To explore the dosage and course of Bushen Hemai granules in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly, so as to determine the dosage for subsequent phase III studies. Exploratory objective: To preliminarily explore the changes in serum nitric oxide (NO) concentration, endothelin (ET) concentration, nitric oxide/endothelin ratio (NO/ET), and urinary microalbumin concentration in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension after taking Bushen Hemai granules.

主要目的：观察中国健康受试者在空腹/餐后状态下单次口服受试制剂头孢呋辛酯干混悬剂（规格：0.25g，以头孢呋辛计，生产企业：瑞阳制药股份有限公司）和参比制剂头孢呋辛酯干混悬剂（商品名：Zinnat®；规格：250mg/5ml，以头孢呋辛计；持证商：GlaxoSmithKline,S.A.；生产企业：GlaxoSmithKline Trading Services Limited）后的药代动力学特征，评价空腹/餐后状态下两种制剂的生物等效性。次要目的：观察受试制剂头孢呋辛酯干混悬剂和参比制剂头孢呋辛酯干混悬剂（Zinnat®）在中国健康受试者中的安全性。

Primary objective: To observe the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test preparation cefuroxime axetil suspension (specification: 0.25g, calculated as cefuroxime, manufacturer: Ruiyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation cefuroxime axetil suspension (trade name: Zinnat®; specification: 250mg/5ml, calculated as cefuroxime; licensee: GlaxoSmithKline, S.A.; manufacturer: GlaxoSmithKline Trading Services Limited) in Chinese healthy subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting/postprandial state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting/postprandial state. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation cefuroxime axetil suspension and the reference preparation cefuroxime axetil suspension (Zinnat®) in Chinese healthy subjects.

A new diarylheptanoid, (1 R,2S,3S,5S)-2,3-dihydroxy-3',3''-dimethoxy-4'-de-O-methylcentrolobine (1) and a new bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoid, (1 R,7S)-1,12,13-trihydroxybisabola-3,10-diene (2), together with nineteen known compounds (3-21) were isolated from the EtOH extract of the stems and branches of Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai. Their structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of 1 D and 2 D NMR spectra and from the HRESIMS. All the compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against eight human tumor cell lines.

Anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective cembranoid alcohols from the Gum Resin of Boswellia carterii

Five undescribed cembranoid alcohols, boscartinols A-E (1-5) were discovered from the gum resin of Boswellia carterii. Their structures were elucidated by analyzing the spectroscopic data. Notably, all these five compounds preserved an isopropyl type cembranoid skeleton, featured the same groups of one epoxy ring at C₁-C₁₂ and one hydroxy group at C-11, as well as two double bonds migrating from C₃ to C₉ and one hydroxy group from C₃ to C₈ within the cembranoid structure. These cembranoids were evaluated for the hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory activities using two cell models of APAP-induced HepG2 and LPS-induced RAW 264.7. For hepatoprotective activity, compounds 1 and 5 showed remarkable hepatoprotective activity (inhibition rate of 51.6% and 39.8%, respectively) at 10 μM, with the other three compounds of 2-4 showing less potently hepatoprotective. For anti-inflammatory activity, compounds 2-4 showed significant inhibitory effects on NO produced by LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cell (IC₅₀ values of 13.40 μM, 7.08 μM and 14.26 μM), with the other two compounds of 1 and 5 showing less potently anti-inflammatory activities.

Bioactive cembrane diterpenoids from the gum resin of Boswellia carterii

Eight new cembrane-type diterpenoids, boscartins AP-AW (1-8) were obtained from the gum resin of Boswellia carterii. Among which, six ones (2-7) were isomers, with one hydroxy group and two double bonds migrating along the carbocycle. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic examination. All isolates were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity and hepatoprotective activity by cell models of LPS-induced RAW 264.7 mouse peritoneal macrophages and APAP-induced HepG2 cells, respectively. As for anti-inflammatory activity assay, compound 1 exhibited potent activity against NO production (IC₅₀ of 13.1 μM), with the other ones exhibiting weak anti-inflammatory activity (IC₅₀ > 50 μM). As for hepatoprotective activity assay, compound 1 exhibited more significant activity (inhibition rate of 30.7%) than that of the positive control (bicyclol, inhibition rate of 27.2%), and compounds 4, and 6 showed nearly the same activities as the control (inhibition rates of 26.7% and 25.9%, respectively), with the other ones exhibiting weak hepatoprotective activity.
