Primary objective: To evaluate the bioequivalence of ketoprofen patch (specification: 40 mg/patch (10 cm×14 cm)) provided by Shenzhen Kangzhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and ketoprofen patch (trade name: Mohrus®; specification: 40 mg/patch (10 cm×14 cm)) certified by Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Chinese health study participants after single-dose administration. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety, adhesion and skin irritation of ketoprofen patch (specification: 40 mg/patch (10 cm×14 cm)) provided by Shenzhen Kangzhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and ketoprofen patch (trade name: Mohrus®; specification: 40 mg/patch (10 cm×14 cm)) certified by Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Chinese health study participants after single-dose administration.

To evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD characteristics of single and multiple oral administrations of CMS-D003 in healthy participants, and the correlation between PD and PK of multiple oral administrations of CMS-D003

To evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics and effects on body weight of single and multiple subcutaneous injections of CMS-D005 in healthy and overweight/obese adult participants in China, and to investigate the immunogenicity of CMS-D005, so as to provide preliminary basis for the dosage and administration schedule of later clinical studies.
